Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake, decorated with Halloween colors and spooky toppings, perfect for parties or a fun family dessert.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs (one at a time), mixing until fully combined.
  4. Divide the batter into three bowls. Add food coloring to each to create orange, purple, and black batters.
  5. Layer the colored batters into the crust, swirling for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly open, and let the cheesecake cool for an hour inside the oven.
  8. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Decorate with Halloween-themed toppings before serving.
