Description

Apple Butter Cheesecake is a creamy, no-bake dessert with a smooth apple butter filling over a crunchy graham cracker crust. It’s perfect for fall gatherings or any time you want a delicious, easy-to-make treat without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup apple butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream


Instructions

Make the Crust : Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge.

Prepare the Filling : Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in apple butter and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.

Assemble the Cheesecake : Spoon the filling onto the chilled crust and spread evenly. Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
